Can anyone help me out with PixInsight usage?

Figure 1 shows the problem I'm experiencing, and all that can be determined is that the license has not expired. Some of the information I consulted may have been experiencing the problem depicted in Figure 2.

Figure 2 mentions the solution to the problem and the documentation. But I can't find where it is.

On windows I believe the appdata folder is hidden by default, so near the top you'll need to go to view and make sure hidden items are enabled.

Mine for example is C:\Users\qgroe\AppData\Roaming\Pleiades\ Of course where mine is qgroe yours will be something with your username.
