Was just wondering if someone explained this already...

I  am running darks and noticed a horizontal banding present. I run the asi6200mm through my pegasus ultimate powerbox v2. (both power and data)

I then swapped only the power to a completely separate 12v adapter  from everything else. And the bands were much much lighter. (almost gone, see below)

It's consistent across 2 sessions of darks with almost every other condition being the same.

thoughts on the explanation? Cause?

Mysterious star trailing solved: a cautionary tale of fan vibration with a fan cooled (especially ZWO) camera.
