HOO Acquisition, Blue and Green Channels

Hello all,

I'm thinking about getting into mono imaging and starting with HOO.

For the Green and Blue channels, do I need separate imaging session data of OIII for each channel, or can I use OIII data from a single imaging session for both channels?

Thanks!

Same OIII data for both. You simply map as follows:

Image Channel –> Data
====================
Red –> Ha
Green –> OIII
Blue –> OIII
