I am using a Sony Alpha6000, which has a Sony E-mount (Nex). I connect it with a KIPON adapter to my scope. The KIPON adapter is from E-Mount to T2.
You would need one for FE-mount.

So it depends on what telescope I am trying to attach the camera to? I have a Officina Stellare 152 mm refractor.

I do not know your telescope. You need to find out what you can attach to it. T2 is a widely used standard to connect all sorts of equipment.

Sometimes it can be quite difficult to find the right adapters...
